Troy preformed a prepurchase home inspection for me. His report was detailed and contained recommendations that allowed me to properly evaluate my offer. His recommendations indicated what needed to be fixed but did not push services unlike other reports that I have seen.

At-Ease Home Inspectors are awesome!! They are meticulous with their work and take their time inspecting your home or future home. We’ve had the opportunity of working with them both on two different properties. They are willing to answer additional questions. Thank you so much for your service. Definitely reliable inspectors!

Troy is exactly who you want if you need a thorough home inspection done.

Firstly, he responds to all correspondence quickly and efficiently. He’ll make time to get your inspection done quickly if time is of the essence.

He’s worked with me a few times on inspections and I’ve never known him to miss a thing. His prices are more than fair and his report comes back on time and with all the info you’ll need to make and informed decision.

I’d recommend Troy to anyone.

Mr. Troy Thomas is the best in the business! There is no other inspector as professional and thorough as Troy. In business, I have had the pleasure of reviewing hundreds of inspection reports. None have been to the high level of Troy. He is at the TOP of my referral list. Its an honor and pleasure to work with him.
